This position has an initial appointment of 3 years from the start
date with the possibility of extension under the Academic Teaching Staff
(ATS) Agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with experience in accordance with the Academic Teaching Staff (ATS) agreement.
This position is in-person and is located in Edmonton, Alberta at the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy and Kaye Edmonton Clinic.
The School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time,
non-tenure track faculty position in the Discipline of Restorative
Dentistry (Prosthodontics). The position has an anticipated start date
of July 1, 2024.
Responsibilities during the academic year are primarily focused on
clinical and didactic teaching at the undergraduate level. Research time
may be allocated based on the candidate's research interest and
experience. Time may also be allocated to private practice (if
applicable).
Applicants will have:
- graduated from an accredited DDS/DMD or equivalent program and have
relevant postgraduate and clinical qualifications in the specialty of
prosthodontics
- a record of demonstrated teaching excellence and clinical skills in the area of prosthodontics
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Academic rank and salary will be based on the incumbent's qualifications, experience, and achievements.
